Things to do in Albuquerque

There will be free time during the reunion for families to do activities together. Here are just a few (click on the link for more info.):

Explora Museum- Open 10-6 (Closed July 4th). Prices: 1-11 $3.00, 12-64 $7.oo, 65+ $5.00

New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science- Open 9-5 M-S (Open the 4th).
Prices: 3-12 $4.00, 13-59 $7.00, 60+ $6.00

Rio Grande Zoo, Aquarium/Biopark- Open 9-5 M-TH, 9-6 on the 4th and Sat. Prices for one or the other: 3-12 $3.00, 13-64 $7.00, 65+ $3.oo. Prices for both (must buy before noon): 3-12 $5.00, 13-64 $12.00, 65+ $5.oo The combined price includes a ride on the zoo train.

Old Town: Open anytime. Prices: parking will cost, otherwise, cost depends on what you buy!

These locations above can be reached by a ride on the rail runner (from Los Lunas), followed by a short bus ride. Susan suggested riding the rail runner would be a fun activity. Cost is about $3.oo for the round trip. Kids <10>Hinkle Family Fun Center: EXPENSIVE, I think.
The Tramway: Open 9-9 M-S. Prices: 21+ $17.50, 13-20 $15.00, 5-12 $10.00, one way $9.00.
Cliff's Amusement Park: Prices are close to $25. The water park is $8.50
The Petroglyphs: Open 8-5 daily (Open the 4th). Parking is $1.00 M-F, $2.00 S-S
Sky City (Acoma pueblo): A 45 min drive from Albuquerque. See the site.
The Malls, Costco (will be closed on the 4th), the Albuquerque Temple (closed on the 4th), Wal-Mart...
Sonic: Happy Hour is 2-4pm M-S which means drinks and slushes are half price (not including shakes, etc.)
